Digitize and Vault Collectibles
Vault and digitize your Pokémon cards on Phygitals.
Phygitals offers a seamless way for users worldwide to digitize and vault their Pokémon cards. By submitting your graded Pokémon cards to our secure vault, you can have a digital twin created and sent directly to your account. This digital twin uses publicly trackable infrastructures to ensure authentic ownership and can be easily traded or sold on a global scale. The physical card can always be redeemed for its digital counterpart whenever you choose.
How It Works
To get started, simply visit Phygitals, head to the profile dropdown, and click "Vault Cards". You’ll be prompted to provide details about your graded cards and given our vault address to send your cards to. Once your cards arrive at the vault, they are securely authenticated and stored. After the verification process, a digital twin is generated, and it will appear in your Phygitals inventory, where you can choose to keep it in your collection, trade it, or list it for sale.
Redeeming Your Digital Twin
All Pokémon cards listed on our marketplace are redeemable. You can easily redeem your digital cards for their physical counterparts by heading to the profile dropdown, and clicking "Claim Cards". We recommend redeeming multiple cards at once to minimize shipping costs.
Secure Storage
All vaulted cards are stored under strict, bank-grade security in a state-of-the-art vaulting facility. Graded cards are housed in a climate-controlled, fully insured facility with 24/7 security monitoring, ensuring their long-term protection. Ungraded cards are securely stored in the Phygitals Storage Vault, a temperature-and moisture-controlled environment designed to preserve their condition.
Shipping Costs
When redeeming cards from the vault, please note that shipping fees will apply. Each order is limited to a maximum of 50 cards per shipment. If you wish to redeem more than 50 cards, you will need to create multiple shipments. Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the destination of the cards, with a one-time shipping fee and an additional handling fee per card. The handling fee varies depending on whether the card has been in the vault for more or less than 90 days.
For example, cards purchased through our platforms eBay aggregation or kept from the claw will reset the cards vaulting time period. Until 90 days has passed, these cards will have a different fee structure compared to cards bought between users on Phygitals, as these do not reset the 90-day window.
To minimize shipping costs, we recommend redeeming multiple cards at once and keeping them in the vault for 90+ days. This can help reduce both handling and shipping fees.
Any taxes, duties, or additional fees associated with the redemption are the responsibility of the redeemer to pay.
Turnaround Time
Once your asset to arrives the vault, the typical turnaround time for the creation and deposit of your digital twin into your account is generally less than one week, depending on submission volumes.
