Card Listing Guidelines

These Card Listing Guidelines ("Guidelines") apply when you list an Asset for sale on the Phygitals platform (the "Service"). By listing an Asset, you agree to be bound by these Guidelines, the Phygitals Terms of Service ("Terms"), and any other applicable policies. If there is a conflict between these Guidelines and the Terms, these Guidelines will control specifically for that conflict.

1. General Requirements

• Compliance: By submitting an Asset for listing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Guidelines and the Terms. You further confirm that you possess the legal right and authority to offer the listed Asset for sale.

• Right of Removal: Phygitals reserves the right to remove any Asset listing at its discretion. We may also remove specific assets, contracts, or collections if deemed inappropriate or if they violate these Guidelines.

2. Prohibited Content

• Inappropriate Listings: Any Asset, listing, or content deemed inappropriate, illegal, or disruptive to the platform is strictly prohibited. Phygitals has the right to remove such content, suspend or terminate accounts, and withhold any outstanding payments to sellers in violation of these Guidelines.

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on the Service:

• Intellectual Property Violations: Content that infringes on intellectual property rights or violates relevant laws and regulations.

• Harmful Content: Content that promotes violence, hate speech, self-harm, or other illegal activities.

• Illegal Fundraising: Content used to fund activities or organizations that are illegal or associated with criminal enterprises.

• Offensive Material: Content that includes explicit, sexually suggestive, or offensive material, including adult content and inappropriate language.

• Stolen Assets: Content involving stolen, unauthorized, or illegally acquired assets.

3. Reporting Violations

• Community Responsibility: We rely on our users to help maintain a respectful and lawful platform. If you encounter any content or listings that violate these Guidelines, we encourage you to report them immediately. We take all violations seriously and will take appropriate action to address the issue.
