Phygitals Lucky Draw – Official Rules
Promotion Period
The Phygitals Lucky Draw is an ongoing weekly promotion. Each draw period begins and ends at the times stated on phygitals.com or as otherwise communicated in-app or via our official channels. Phygitals reserves the right to update the schedule, duration, or frequency of Lucky Draws at any time. All changes will be announced in advance.
How to Enter
Purchase Entry:
You will receive one (1) Lucky Draw entry for every purchase of a Lucky Draw ticket during the applicable entry period via phygitals.com. Ticket pricing and availability are subject to change and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
To enter without purchase, submit a completed entry form at [Click Here]. Limit one (1) free entry per person, per week. Multiple submissions may result in disqualification at the sponsor’s discretion.
Prizes
Each week, at least one (1) graded Pokémon card will be awarded to one (1) or more winners, depending on the promotion structure for that period.
The prize(s) for each weekly draw will be announced at the start of the entry period on phygitals.com.
Winner Selection
At the end of each weekly entry period, winners will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries received during that week. Drawings will be conducted fairly using an automated or verifiable randomization method.
Notification
Winners will be contacted via the email address provided with their entry within 24 hours of the drawing.
Claiming the Prize
Winners must respond to the notification email within 72 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and an alternate winner being selected.
Taxes and Compliance
All applicable taxes, duties, and fees are the sole responsibility of the winner. This promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
Residents of New York, Florida, Rhode Island, Quebec, Italy, Spain, France, and other restricted jurisdictions are excluded from participation.
General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and Phygitals’ decisions, which are final. Entry constitutes consent for Phygitals to use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.
No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted, except at the sole discretion of Phygitals. Phygitals is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

To request a list of winners, email team@phygitals.com within 7 business days of any weekly draw.
