Tokenization, Vaulting, and Redemption

How does card redemption work?

To get started, visit and click the 'Claim Cards' button.

  1. Provide details about your cards and ship your cards to our vault address. Alternatively, you can ship directly to the vault from another marketplace.

  2. Once your card arrives at the vault, it is securely authenticated and insured.

  3. Your card is then digitized and your twin is added to your Phygitals inventory. This card will towards your set progression and can receive offers from other users for purchase.

And that's it! Your card is now part of the Phygitals ecosystem, where you can track, trade, and engage with other collectors at any time.

Are the Cards On The marketplace redeemable?

Yes! all Pokémon cards on our marketplace are redeemable at any time.

For cards you own, a redeem button will be available in your inventory. We recommend redeeming multiple cards at once to avoid higher shipping fees.

Can I redeem ungraded cards?

Yes, ungraded cards can be redeemed. We recommend redeeming multiple cards at once to avoid higher shipping fees. This helps cover logistics and ensures cost-effective operations for all collectors.

Where Is my card stored?

All assets are stored securely with our vaulting provider in North America, under bank-grade security.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Phygitals offers international shipping. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary depending on the destination.

How quickly will I receive my digital twin after I send in my physical asset?

The turnaround time depends on how quickly your asset reaches the vault. Once your card is securely stored, the digital twin is generated and deposited into your account, typically within one week. Please note that processing times are determined by our vault provider and may vary slightly.

How do I recieve income earned from my collectible?

When you submit a card to Phygitals, your account will be credited as the “originator” of that asset. After the first sale, the originator will receive 1% of the revenue from each subsequent sale of the card every time it is resold. This revenue stream continues as long as the card remains vaulted.

For example: If you submit a rare Pokémon card and sell it to another collector, you will receive the full proceeds from that first sale. Every time the new owner resells the card, you’ll receive 1% of the sale price as long as the card remains in the Phygitals vault.
