Redeeming Ungraded Cards in Your Collection

All ungraded Pokémon cards stored in our secure vault are redeemable at any time. Once you own an ungraded card, a redeem button will appear next to it when you view your collection on Phygitals. After submitting a redemption request, you will need to cover shipping costs along with any applicable taxes. We recommend redeeming multiple cards at once to maximize cost efficiencies.

Tax Calculations

Customers in the United States are required to pay sales tax based on the monetary value of the last sale of the card. This amount is used to calculate the taxes we charge, which are then remitted to the relevant state. Phygitals does not profit from the taxes collected.

Customers outside the U.S. are required to pay customs and import taxes according to their country's specific import laws.

Shipping Timeframes

The time it takes to receive your cards depends on your shipping location, chosen shipping method, and redemption size. Once your redemption is processed (if you have opted for tracking), we will provide shipment tracking information so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

All ungraded cards redeemed from Phygitals are in NM (Near Mint) or LP (Lightly Played) condition, ensuring they arrive in overall excellent condition.
